How do I make an order?
Just simply press the buy button next to the product and it will be added to your shopping basket. When you have finished shopping just click the checkout button and you will be taken to the payment page.

How do I check my shopping basket?
On every page of are Beautifulmistake.co.uk there is a button called view cart, which will take you to your shopping cart, where you can view your items.

What are your payment options?
We accept the following major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Dinners, JCB and debit cards with the Visa and MasterCard logo.

Why have I been redirected to: https://www.2checkout.com?
Beautifulmistake.co.uk uses 2CO to process all our online orders. As we feel their one of the safest and fastest credit card processing companies.

How much is shipping?
All orders are sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery (Recorded). We have a standard £4.99 P&P charge no matter how many T-shirts you order.

Do you deliver overseas?
For deliveries outside the UK, their are two price brackets. For European countries £7.00 P&P charge. And the rest of the world £8.00 P&P charge. All are orders are sent out Insured Airmail (Recorded). Your order may be subject to localised import duties and Beautiful Mistake clothing label can not be held liable for these payments.

When will I receive my order?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours, but please allow five working days for actual delivery.

What is your refund/return policy?
Yes, you have heard it before – “the customer is always right”. Here at Beautiful Mistake we stand by it. We will refund everything if you are not totally satisfied with your order.
Reasons for returns include:
Sizing problems
Faulty printing
Marks on T-shirts
Damaged
Change of mind - not what you wanted. (Only if unworn.)
Credit card payment will be refunded to your credit card. Postage and packing costs will not be refunded. When returning an item please use ‘Proof of Posting’ at the post office.

How do I make an off-line order?
Non credit card orders (or you can say Other Payment Methods) no problem - don't have a credit card, you can email your order via orders@beautifulmistake.co.uk
